Returns

We hope you love every order you get, but we do understand when you may need to return something.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 28 days for a full refund. Please note we do inspect goods upon delivery and are unable to accept items with signs of wear or damage.

 

HOW TO RETURN

 

1. Please complete a returns form and include this in your parcel so our team can help identify your order. Please return to the below address:

Decor Trader, Unit 7, Cowley Mill Industrial Park, Longbridge Way, Uxbridge, UB8 2YG. Send with a courier of your choice and keep hold of the receipt. The cost of returns must be made by yourself unless an item is faulty. Royal Mail is usually the cheapest and most reliable option. You can also drop off your returns at our address free of charge.

2. Once the goods have been received, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

 

FAULTY/INCORRECT GOODS

 

If for any reason you receive a faulty/incorrect item, please notify us at info@decortrader.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a free returns label for you. Your delivery charge will also be refunded.
